House Sold as an NFT

A house in the real world - YES, the real world - sold as an NFT.

The NFT home was sold for $175,000 USD this weekend in Columbia, South Carolina.

How does this work?

Well, the LLC of the company that wants to sell the home creates an NFT representing ownership of the house.

Whoever is the owner of the NFT, owns the property.

If you can save on costs by selling a property like this, would you do it?

Reddit Has More NFT Wallets Than OpenSea

So this is pretty crazy.

Reddit has more NFT wallets than OpenSea - more than the largest NFT marketplace.

A total of 3 million wallets have now been created on the Reddit Vault.

OpenSea only has 2.3 million active wallets.

40,000 NFTs were released and there was a ton of demand, and there's going to be a Halloween release (link below).

Some Redditors received a free collectible avatar based on their karma, community engagement, and other criteria.

By the way, Reddit is not calling them NFTs. Interesting, but they are NFTs.

What The Meme?

That's all folks!
